I have the 12” autoharp re...This review is a hoot!<br /><br />I have the 12” autoharp record with ALL the charts. Maybe we should exchange recordings and notes about them. From your description, the autoharp recording quality seems to be equally as bad, AND Rainey goes through the whole tuning bit as well. And the songs are REALLY antiquated for the early 60s. I don’t know why anyone would want to take up the autoharp when it sounds that bad! (I’m a six-time autoharp champion btw.)<br /><br />I’ve been looking for Don Rainey’s history/whereabouts (dead or alive) for a couple years now and wonder what you might know.
